1. Click “Book Flights”
Click the Book Flights button on our website. You will be redirected to Flight Club’s secure booking platform in a new tab.
2. Enter Your Rental Details
Select:
- Departure and destination airports
- Date/Times
Click Search to view available flight options.
3. Plan Time-Building Flights
Flight Club allows pilots to compare routes and schedules to:
- Maximize logged flight time
- Meet cross-country or currency requirements
- Plan practical, real-world flying in a Light-Sport Aircraft
4. Complete Your Booking
Enter pilot and payment information to finalize your booking. All transactions are processed securely through Flight Club. Payment must be submitted 1hr after return.
5. Fly and Log Your Time
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with flight details. Flight time may be logged in accordance with FAA Light-Sport regulations and applicable operating limitations.
Rental Disclaimer
Aircraft made available through Flight Club are rented to qualified pilots only. Pilots are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable requirements, including but not limited to:
- Pilot certificate and endorsements
- Medical or BasicMed eligibility (as applicable)
- Recent flight experience and currency
- Aircraft-specific checkout or transition training
Flight Club reserves the right to deny rental to any pilot who does not meet established qualifications.
Insurance Disclaimer
All aircraft are insured in accordance with Flight Club’s insurance policy. Coverage may not extend to all pilot qualifications or uses. Pilots are required to:
- Review applicable insurance coverage prior to flight
- Carry personal non-owned aircraft insurance
Pilots may be held financially responsible for any damage, loss, or liability not covered by insurance.
